An innovative piston mechanism based on a balance levers system has been designed to combine the greatest compression strength of 18 tons with the lowest demand for energy: just 80 hp as minimum power absorption at the PTO of the tractor.
A simple system, with reduced friction, constituted by two synchronized rotors which transfer the product in a feeding channel three times longer than the bottom feeding system present in the market. A characteristic which allows the product to evenly roll by and broaden out through the long channel, before being packed in dense layers, ready to be pressed and tied in bales suitable for transport or for private use.
COMPRESSION CHAMBER WITHOUT GUIDES ROLLS AND BEARINGS
A mechanism which has made possible to remove guides, rolls and bearings from the compression chamber, facilitating in this way a smother movement of baling parts, with much less friction and therefore with a reduced power consumption compared to the traditional longitudinal movement of the piston.
An extraordinarily strong structure which demonstrates its extraordinary solidity even after years of harsh use in the most difficult baling conditions, built with high thickness special steel: - Weldox 700 steel, of high strength characteristics, ideal for sustaining the intense stress of the piston compression; - Hardox 500 steel, characterized by an excellent mechanical resistance to any impact and wear, the best for the baling chamber.
The wide and versatile Pick-Up is driven by a belt, an additional safety feature which protects the baler from unexpected overloads. Moreover the big diameter reduces the risk of stones and external objects from entering the chamber and secures a clean, quality product.
A mechanism characterized by design simplicity which allows for excellent knots even with temperatures of the environment above 40 °C, humidity of the product less than 3% and maximum density allowed by the twine resistance.
